Responsibilities

• Canvass qualified local areas to generate sales leads
• Use software tools to track and manage sales leads and opportunities
• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities
• Effectively run product demonstrations answering all questions for prospects
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales deals
• Promote exterior remodeling sales and educate customers on the benefits our products and company
• (When applicable) Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of sales experience required
• Home improvement sales preferred
• Home improvement lead generation experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
