Full description of the position

Kickin Coffee and Tea is a family owned independently operated coffee and tea distributor. We've been in business for almost 30 years. We serve hundreds of restaurants in Middle Tn. We need an individual capable of splitting time between warehouse control, sales, equipment repair and running a delivery route five days per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain proper inventory levels on all products

- Receive and ship product as needed

- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse meeting USDA standards

- Learn the present routes for all the drivers

- Learn about the equipment used by the customers and how to maintain it.

- Follow various checklist for drivers including vehicle maintenance, tool requirements, parts lists, etc.

- Interface with customers on routes to ensure customer needs are met.

- Maintain a positive can do attitude at all times.

- Lifting 50+ pounds reqularly.

- Standing and walking for 8 - 10 hours per day.

Qualifications

- Valid drivers license (CDL not required)

- Clean MVR

- Ability to pass a drug test and background checks.

- Highschool or equivalent required
