About Us: Roscommon Insurance Agency is a well-established, family-owned independent insurance agency with a long-standing tradition of excellence. With three office locations across Michigan, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch insurance solutions and personalized service to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a Licensed Account Manager / Agent to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview: As a licensed Account Manager / Agent at Roscommon Insurance Agency, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing outstanding insurance services to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including writing new policies, servicing existing policies, customer relations, renewal reviews, cross-selling, policy cancellations, and very thorough record keeping and documentation in a customer management system.

Pay: Salary. Bonuses. 401k Matching.

Key Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of one year or longer of experience in the insurance industry.
• Tech Capable: Proficient in using various digital tools and software relevant to the insurance industry.
• Strong Ethics: High integrity and unwavering commitment to doing what is right for our clients.
• Procedural Knowledge: Willingness to follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Eager to Learn: Open to continuous learning and adapting to changes in the insurance field.

Working Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
