AR Building Company, a national, luxury, property management company, is seeking experienced, energetic Property Managers to join our team. We are looking to add to our existing staff within the Pittsburgh market.

Our Property Managers will hit the ground running with exceptional staff members in place. Great work locations close to shopping and dining with easy on/off the interstates for an easy commute!

The Property Manager position oversees all operations of the property including, but not limited to, marketing, leasing, resident relations, property inspections, supervising maintenance, and budgeting.

Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, self motivated and dependable and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Proficiency with RealPage/OneSite software a plus. 5 or more years experience as a Property Manager is preferred.
