Sales Counselor Job Summary:

• Responsible for assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in acquiring and managing short-term and long-term leads.
• Handling telephone, walk-in and inbound mail inquiries; qualifying prospects, converting qualified leads to tours; converting tours to deposits, and assisting with move-ins in accordance with established procedures
• Achieves and maintains budgeted occupancy by generating leads, qualifying prospects, effective prospecting, community tours, and closing sales
• Follows the organized sales and marketing approach established by the Director of Sales and Marketing to effectively move prospects through the sales process to achieve budgeted occupancy targets

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors Degree (BA/BS)
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, advertising, and client experience preferred
• Telephone sales experience preferred
