Consumer Sales Executive

Wage Range: $55,000 - $100,000 (based on annualized earnings for above average to top performing sales results)

Do you have either wireless technology sales experience or a sales background where you have earned commission or bonuses before? Wireless Plus is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Consumer Sales team.

Position Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer interactions and selling Verizon Wireless products and services in our retail stores. This is our advanced sales position focused on maximizing sales opportunities through retail consumer interactions.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling products and services to retail consumers
• Successfully develop repeat business and develop a local client base
• Responsible for handling customer service and technical support functions
• Responsible for exceeding our minimum sales standards while selling with integrity
• Must maintain technical knowledge and ongoing training completion expectations
• Flexible to work in stores within a specific territory and demonstrate superb attendance
• Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures
• Responsible for customer outreach and scheduled follow up activities (CRM)
• Must be able to work independently with consumers in a retail setting
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the leadership team

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (1-2) years of successful sales experience in wireless industry
• Verizon experience preferred.

Experience with commission sales or variable compensation plans
