We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative for the Metro Detroit Area. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining and developing existing accounts. Previous sales experience in the staffing industry is required. This position pays a substantial base salary PLUS commission. Proven success in outside sales roles within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to current clients to expand existing business.
• Able to prospect and cold calls in person and on the phone.
• Provide superior customer support, propose solutions, overcome objections, and respond to customer needs with a customer first mentality
• Develop and execute market growth strategies and project strategies to achieve company objectives
• Market qualification/ pre-call planning.
• Prospect and develop new accounts
• Visit, participate, and follow up on
• Meet and exceed provide sales objectives/quotas
• Determining needs of the client.
• Closing/follow-up continued communication to get engrained and grow business.
• This is an Outside sales position, traveling within the Metro Detroit area.
• Self-starter with minimal direction required
• Good communication skills
• Outgoing, upbeat and positive
• Goal oriented/Assertive
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
