The Position
The primary focus of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to our specialty store retailers and to coordinate and assist the Kinross sales team by driving inside sales efforts. This position will start as a temporary, maternity leave coverage role, and offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. This is an in-office position in Canton, MA. The capability and willingness to commute daily to Canton is a requirement of the position.
While no two days will be identical, here are some of the key responsibilities of the position:
Customer Service:
Provide exemplary customer service and support to customers and sales staff
Handle phone calls and multitask, assisting in the sale of our high-end luxury products
Enter customer orders and respond to customer requests
Communicate orders to warehouse and expedite shipments as necessary
Help resolve customer issues
Inside Sales:
Coordinate all aspects of the in-season Trunk Show process from managing the time and action calendar, preparing sample shipments, tracking delivery & return, shipping, etc.
Serve as the first point of contact for Kinross Cashmere sales inquiries received through various channels (e.g. website, trade shows, target customer lists, inbound phone calls, and social-media messages) and tailor a follow-up approach using your own selling style coupled with our proven successful sales process to generate new sales.
Build client relationships
Assemble promotional materials and mailing to sales staff and customers
Generate necessary reports and complete other administrative duties in a timely fashion
This position is required stating May 6th. This is a temporary, maternity leave cover role, but has the opportunity to develop into a full-time role.

The Successful Candidate
Kinross Cashmere is looking for a bright, positive, outgoing, energetic sales/customer service professional with outstanding communication, organizational, project management and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be self-driven, independent thinking and have strong attention to detail.
Also:
High level of comfort selling, and working to resolve issues with customers, over the phone. Calm demeanor and patience to work calmly and supportively with, sometimes harried, customers in this environment.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
Strong independent problem solving skills
3+ years prior successful sales experience with high-end / fashion product
Highly proficient computer skills - including: Microsoft Word, Excel and ERP systems (like SAP or A2000).
Passion for apparel experience working with high-end apparel a plus
This is an in-office role based in Canton, MA. Ability and willingness to commute to Canton is a requirement.
