Client Reception

Preparing Invoices

Assist Salesman with Administrative tasks

Coordinate accounts receivable with Managers

Assist Office Manager with monthly Business inventory

Prepare Xactimate Estimates with Salesman

Assist with any administrative or Organization Tasks

Maintain Business email account

Assist owner with special projects

Required Experience

1 Year in a professional office environment

Preferred Experience

2 Years Construction Industry

2 Years Insurance Claims

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
