Candidates MUST have 1+ years of sales experience with additional experience in POOLS.

Qualified candidates must have a reliable form of transportation, good driving record, excellent organizational and time management skills, computer literate with a winning attitude.

Job Compensation:

*Uncapped Commissions

*Potential first year earnings in excess of $100K

*Generous bonuses

*This is a 1099 Position

Duties:
Conduct Design Consultation where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.

Designs and recommends a backyard pool utilizing professional pool design software .

Must be able to measure a pool and know what is required/needed in a remodel and new pool build. All contracts that salesmen create have every aspect of building outlined. So clear knowledge of the construction process should be known.

Contacts customers and scheduled follow up appointments.

Provide a completed contract packet to business
manager for approval.

Provide 5 Star Customer service throughout the sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
