Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales individuals, and managing the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team performance.
- Develop sales goals and objectives in alignment with company targets, and track and communicate progress towards those goals.
- Develop and implement sales processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of the inside sales team.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to the inside sales team to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to the inside sales team to maximize their potential.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices for inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and motivate the sales team.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in sales data analysis, interpretation, and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop the sales team and enhance their skills and performance.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
