Duties

Present a profesional demeanor that comunicates a coporate philosophy of service, goodwill and genuine interest in each residents needs

Provide exceptional care

Demonstrate urgency at all stages of the sales process

Participate in daily coverage schedule of Sales and Marketing so that the department has coverage seven days a week.

Follow established daily agenda and strive to acheive daily sales goals

Display an appropriate level of urgency at every point in the sales process as outlined in the sales training.

Maintain acceptable volume of sales call to lead base, as set by home office.

Arrange tours of the Community for prospective residnets and families

Meet with the prospective residents and families to discuss services offered

Take deposits and facilitate signing of the following apprpraite documents, including but not limited to waitlist agreement and reservation agreement.

Maintain daily activity follow up sheets

Maintian focus on sales and marketing.

Record and submit weekly report of all marketing traffic to the home office.

Work with all staff to create continous improvment in internal systems that directly affect occupancy, i.e. inquiry precedures and skills, tour effectiviness, closing techniques, customer satisfaction

Perform other assigned duties.

Requirments

Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.

Be able to read, write understand and communicate in English at at minimum of a 12th grade proficiency

Process clear verbal and written skills

Be criminally cleared

Be in good health physically and mentally capable of assigned duties

Have dependable transporation and be able to work varying hours as needed
