Full description of the position

We are looking for an outgoing and optimistic individual to manage two properties. An established senior apartment community in the Wichita, KS and a small family apartment community in Clearwater, KS area. The duties include (but not limited too), oversee all the day-to-day operations, showing and leasing apartments, all aspects of customer service, posting rents, other administrative tasks, creating lease documents, leading and directing staff to achieve property goals, and more. The position is full time with full time benefits. The position also requires reliability, positive attitude, task management skills, problem solving abilities, and more.
