We are currently seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Event Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at UPSCALE. In this role, you will have the great opportunity to not only promote and sell services for our clients, but also be part of a team committed to creating brand awareness and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our brand positively in numerous settings.
• Attend pop-up events, trade shows, and festivals to promote the brand, engage with consumers, and convert their interests into sales.
• Engage in productive and friendly competition with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide assistance and promptly respond to consumers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Continuously seek out new business development opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, sales or customer service. (If you're a high-performing novice, do not hesitate to apply. We value potential as much as experience!)
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated towards achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Performance and result driven with a commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
• Interest in attending live events to engage directly with consumers.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions structure. We are looking for someone interested in growing in a leadership role within the marketing and events industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,122.00 per week

Expected hours: 32 40 per week
