Client Services/Sales Specialist

Full-time Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hr. (occasional Sat.)

Seasonal business, busy season: March-November

Mosquito Joe of Eastern Suffolk is looking for an organized, positive, professional, and sales-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be our customers first point of contact and will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience.

What your days will look like:

• Identifies needs of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the customer needs to generate sales
• Handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing, and billing inquiries daily
• Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
• Manage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone or email
• Manage customer accounts via proprietary software system
• Sales calls to previously established contacts

Non-negotiables:

• High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent
• Competent computer skills including MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong ability to perform sale phone calls
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings
• Some basic math skills
• Reliable transportation to work

Expected hours: 40 per week
