We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to help us expand our horizons and elevate the outdoor living experience for our clients.
Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the utmost satisfaction of Mahoneys clients. Your will be the primary architect of enduring client relationships. Proactive communication is at the core of the account managers approach, engaging with clients to understand their needs and aspirations. As Account Manager, you will partner with the client to create a landscape master plan, and will craft and present opportunities to elevate the value of the clients properties. Your dedication to client success becomes a driving force for the company's growth. By consistently delivering unparalleled service, you contribute significantly to the expansion of our client base and the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Develop trust-based relationships with Mahoneys customer base.
- Proactively identify and pursue enhancement and improvement sale opportunities.
- Maintain a contract renewal rate of 90%.
- Conduct 5-10 client meetings / site visits per week for quality inspection and client relations.
- Work hand in hand with our dynamic team to curate tailored solutions that bring our clients' visions to life.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Generate field measurement estimates and take-offs.
- Develop detailed contracts and proposals in line with budgeted gross margin and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in residential sales and account management preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
