Full description of the position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a unique role that requires two managers that share responsibilities. If you have someone in mind who you would like to work with, encourage them to apply with you! If not we will leave post open until we find someone else to fill the role. The office is currently in Rochester, we will be moving the office to the western part of Rochester or Eastern Part of Buffalo once the current lease is up. The market will consist of both Buffalo and Rochester as far as territory covered

As a sales manager for our company you will be Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Retaining sales reps, conducting sales meetings, in-field training, with a lead from the front mentality. Our managers carry out the day to day sales and processes that we teach and train our reps to do. Once you build a successful team, the managers role in the field selling, will decrease.

Training for this role will consist of three weeks out of our Pittsburgh Market. Will pay for your hotel stay, and a rental car. If you drive your own car, there will be mileage reimbursement. This is a salaried position, along with commissions, bonuses and overrides. Managers meeting minimum expectations can expect to make between 90-125k in their first year.

DUTIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Build and develop a sales team to implement organizational strategies meeting with and helping customers set up security systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth

SKILLS
- Proven experience Building and developing sales teams, business development, and outside sales
- Strong ability to negotiate and manage client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
