Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience-Promote and Post on socical media platforms-Sale at vendor events and more.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in technology, electronics, or jewelry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of technical sales or electronics is highly desirable
