Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Listing Agent to join our esteemed team. As a member of the Levi Rodgers Group, you will have the privilege of working with the best in the industry, and we'll provide you with direct Zillow seller leads through our exclusive partnership with Zillow.

Responsibilities:
1. **Manage Seller Leads: ** Utilize the Zillow seller leads provided directly from Zillow to generate sales and manage client relationships.
2. **Property Evaluation: ** Assess properties, provide accurate pricing strategies, and prepare market analysis reports.
3. **Listing Management: ** Prepare, stage, and list properties, ensuring all marketing materials are top-notch.
4. **Client Service: ** Provide exceptional service to sellers throughout the entire selling process, from initial contact through closing.
5. **Team Collaboration: ** Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to all listings.
6. **Continuous Education: ** Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and opportunities for growth within the Texas real estate market.

**Qualifications: **

  • Current Texas Real Estate License
  • Strong understanding of the Texas real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in using technology and real estate software
