• Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the companys products and services.
• Encourage customers to stop and learn about our companys products and services.
• Engaging customer's in conversations about their home service needs.
• Explain the features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs.
• Schedule in-home appointments with our Comfort Advisors to provide estimates for product and services.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
• Build rapport with the store's leadership team.
• Attend the required monthly meetings and training.

• Weekends and some holidays are required.
• Prior experience working is retail is preferred.
• Standing/walking is required for 4-8 hours at a time.
• You are outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have the ability to use smart-phone utilizing email and text.
• HVAC industry experience not required.
