Bill Luke In Tempe, has an open position for a Service BDC Representative (Appointment Setter). This is an Inbound and Outbound phone position. If you have worked in a BDC position previously especially in a dealership setting and have experience using X-time we would love to add you to our team!

This position takes inbound calls and makes appointments for our customers to bring their cars in to be serviced. You will also be making outbound calls to scheduled appointments for customers that need to come back in for a service for their car they were unable to have done during their previous visit.

Compensation: $17 per hour (hourly rate plus commission available)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities :

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Must have good, clear, voice and proper phone etiquette
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications :

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service and sales experience
• Call center experience is required
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer and phone skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• CRM Experience
• Knowledge and experience with X-Time preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
