Position: Wireless Phone Sales Associate
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Job Type: Temporary (Seasonal), Full-Time/Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist holiday shoppers in selecting the ideal wireless phones, accessories, and plans
• Provide expert guidance on the latest mobile devices and technologies
• Create a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Stay updated on current promotions and deals to offer the best options to customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations during the busy season

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in the wireless industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and wireless carriers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high customer traffic
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
