Product Specialist

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering professional and exemplary customer service.
Responsible for checking IDs and adhering to all sales regulations set forth by the authority and commission.
Responsible for maintaining an accurate POS system and inventory management.
Responsible for overseeing the sales floor and to recognize any misconduct or breach in security.
Responsible for cleaning duties and house maintenance.
Responsible for completing all product stickering, as assigned by the inventory team.
Responsible for overseeing merchandising.
Responsible for money management.
Supervised by the sales managers.

Qualifications:

Cannabis knowledge and passion to learn more
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Strong ethics and integrity
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail
Impeccable customer service skills
Ability to comprehend evolving both medical and recreational state laws
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Strong POS skills

Excellent organizational skills, written and oral

Special Demands:

Lifting of heavy objects
Prolonged standing
Prolonged sitting
Walking up and down multiple flights of stairs
