Lexus of Beverly Hills is currently looking for highly motivated, driven Internet Sales/BDC Representatives. The opportunity for growth on this team is excellent. We offer a $3,500 guarantee for the first 90 days.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming internet sales leads and phone calls.
• Use customer relationship management tools to effectively track all customer interactions. (vinsolutions knowledge a plus)
• Assist customers in vehicle selection via the internet/ phone/ video conference.
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers.
• Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade.
• Other duties asked my management.

Requirements:

• NO SALES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY (RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS)
• Must enjoy talking to people
• Speak clearly and distinctly
• Work with the team to achieve the common goal
• Valid Driver's License
