Security Account Manager Full Time

$39,500.00 Annual Salary

Royce US Protection Service is seeking a security and or safety minded individual to manage accounts in our Cleveland, Ohio operations from its Cleveland office. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of the private security industry, office administration competency and security/safety related functions. This individual will help lead a team of field supervisors, site managers, security officers and will be additionally supported by an administrative assistant. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and will interact with clients across all industries. All applicants must have a working knowledge and experience in security operations.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Oversee the daily Operations of accounts to include security officers, supervisors and site supervisors.

Must have 24/7 availability and be on call

Oversee scheduling and placement of security personnel

New client set up, create job descriptions and post orders creation.

Manage the scheduling of staff for all accounts, maintaining call offs and filling openings, using the provided applications and technology utilized by the company

Track staffing levels. Complete staffing reports for recruitment and furnish HR

Attend Hiring classes, interview and hire staff

Schedule divisional training and ensure training levels are met

Review daily reports and vehicle inspections. Report incident / issues to the VP Assist with the fleet as requested

Track and Maintain Officer inspections generated by field supervision. Report action items to the Director of Operations for advisement/follow up

Interact with clients to ensure service is above satisfaction; both via telephone and in-person visits

Maintain contact with clients through initiating meetings at their place of business

Complete and review digital and guard tour reports on a weekly basis. Provide the client with required information

Maintains a customer service oriented approach in providing a consultative service to clients and prospects alike.

Collaborates and works cooperatively with colleagues, business partners and prospects to reach beneficial solutions.

Keeps the Branch Manager advised of service and performance issues affecting the division and/or client operations.

Oversee and monitor the fleet vehicle maintenance program

Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years security management experience

Must have proven experience in the supervision of 50 or more employees.

Excellent communications and technology skills

Must pass extensive background and drug screening mandates

Must provide verifiable professional references

Minimum 21 years of age

High School Diploma or GED

Prior military and/or law enforcement experience is beneficial

College concentration in security administration, criminal justice or business curriculum is desirable
