Troncoso Insurance Services LLC is a local family owned office that offers AAA Insurance products and memberships as well as brokered products through a number of other well known companies.

We are seeking prospective agency producers who can generate new sales, retain existing members and grow the agency's overall book of business through our multiple product offerings.

You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products, contact warm leads provided by the company, contact leads that the outside sales reps filter to you, follow-up on existing customer needs, build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, respond to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership and financial products.

Qualifications

Hold an active State Property and Casualty General Lines or Personal Lines Insurance License (REQUIRED)

Have 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment

Proficiency in Microsoft applications to include, Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to navigate computer systems

Successful agency producers will possess effective communication skills, strong phone sales, ambition, motivation and drive!

Salary including bonusses and commission: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year average with uncapped potential. The more you sell, the more you earn!
