Customer Service / Sales Quoting / Order Processing

Sales Administrator

Up to $29.00 per hour plus full benefits

JobGiraffe's client is a manufacturer of specialty parts for the automotive and aerospace industries.

As Sales Administrator you will:

• Receive complete training
• Ensure sales quotes and orders are processed according to quality standards
• Review order information for accuracy and completeness
• Perform vendor/supplier management functions
• Learn to prepare and submit purchase orders to suppliers
• Learn to prepare, enter and process customer price quotes
• Take, enter and process received orders
• Arrange and track shipments
• Monitor open orders
• Provide periodic status updates on open orders to customers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot issues, delays and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Run routine and special reports
• Conduct routine and special analysis
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Sales Support, Sales Administration or Inside Sales experience
• Sales Quotes / Sales Quotations experience
• Order Entry / Order Processing experience
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• +++ Related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
• +++ Related experience from the Fastener's Industry
