Role Overview

The Kalleo Technologies Account Manager position serves a tactical role in the pre-sales and post-sales service delivery process. An Account Manger works to ensure that the client and partner relationships are successfully managed. This position has two primary objectives; to maintain the clients existing business and to continue to grow the book of business by providing value to existing accounts. To accomplish these objectives, an individual will need to learn what their clients goals are and help their clients achieve these said goals. Unlike a traditional sales role, where the relationship may be short-term and focuses on landing the client, the account manager acts as a long-term liaison and serves as a trusted consultant for the partner and/or client.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the business relationship with designated clients/partners and ensuring high client engagement and satisfaction.
• Communication and organizational ability to coordinate complex projects and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Work with technical account managers to deliver new and improved solutions for current partner/clients for better IT outcomes.
• Have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to understand the Kalleo Technologies service catalog while also being able to perform up to partner and customer expectations.

Enhancing Existing Accounts

• Improving customer informational documentation and maintain an accurate contact list within the companys systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate Kalleo partner/customer meetings.
• Serve as an escalation point for account management incidents and Client or Partner issues.
• Ability to develop and present statement of work documents to partners and/or customers.

Consulting Requirements

• Prepare and present business reviews with the partner and/or customer.
• Being able to manage relationships between partners, clients, service operations, and vendors.
• Conduct periodic strategic business reviews, planning meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers.
• Review and approve invoice details prior to client invoices being generated and sent, including invoices for: products, projects, service overages, out-of-scope services, hourly services, and monthly billing.
• Understand and manage the sale of products and services to designated clients/partners, including hardware, licenses, cloud services, maintenance renewals, and other defined Kalleo Services.

Skills, Abilities, and Additional Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use a CRM platform.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate basic IT services and offerings.
• Comfortable presenting to large and small groups of people.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and execute complex tasks.

Education / Experience Requirements

• A two-year associate degree or four-year bachelors degree in the field of Business, IT, or the equivalent experience and/or training.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
