Major League Roofing is looking to fill an immediate opening for a highly organized and experienced Independent Sales Associate with a passion for preparing, negotiating, and closing deals. As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for adjusting your selling strategy to meet sales goals, look for clients through networking and cold calling, and offer outstanding after-sales and support assistance.

Independent Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, build a personal network, and schedule appointments for product presentations and pitches.
• Customize sales presentations to suit the clients needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services.
• Understand the clients pain points and offer solutions from the Major League Roofing product line and services.
• Nurture prospective customers by following up with high-quality referrals from existing clients.

Who we are looking for:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate and share information.
• Maintain a professional attitude, with sincerity and enthusiasm, when dealing with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior outbound sales experience required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and have a willingness to climb on roofs.

Our sales associates expect to earn $12-15K+ per month in commissions once ramped up. During the training period, we do provide training pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
