Business Summary:
At the heart of AAA, Inc. lies the Business Solutions Group (BSG), its internal consulting arm, dedicated to orchestrating engagements with esteemed AAA club customers. This specialized division is primed to drive revenue and income growth through astute strategic account management and consultative selling of cutting-edge software and technology solutions. Led by seasoned professionals, notably the Senior Business Consultant, we aim to redefine our existing client relationships and amplify value creation by harnessing BSG's robust toolset, including Connect Suite, Engage, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The Senior Business Consultant, alongside the consulting team, will explore innovative ways to deploy these resources effectively, ensuring optimal client outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Opportunity Identification: The Senior Business Consultant will pinpoint areas ripe for value addition through comprehensive market analysis and client engagement. This involves deeply understanding client pain points and aspirations and aligning BSG's solutions with their strategic objectives.
Strategic Account Management: Cultivating long-term relationships with key AAA club customers is central to our mission. The Senior Business Consultant will lead account management activities, ensuring a proactive, personalized approach that fosters trust and loyalty.
Consultative Selling: Gone are the days of transactional exchanges. Our emphasis lies in consultative selling, where the Senior Business Consultant acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward solutions that address their most pressing challenges and unlock new opportunities.
Tool Utilization and Optimization: Connect Suite, Engage, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are more than mere toolsthey're transformation enablers. The Senior Business Consultant will spearhead efforts to harness the full potential of these resources, driving efficiency, innovation, and value creation.
Education & Experience:
- A bachelors degree in business management (focusing on software sales or business development), marketing, or a related field.
- , account management, or client relationship roles at Consulting or Services companies or similar organizations is required.
- Knowledge and experience in marketing, digital marketing, and digital media are also required.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including experience stewarding customers during a transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, would be a plus.
