Full description of the position

Quality Truck and Equipment LLC is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team.

The commercial truck sales professional would be responsible for show casing the dealerships vehicles, answering their questions and maintaining follow up with past customers. We are looking for applicants who exhibit qualities of integrity, willingness to be challenged, eagerness to learn and are compassionate towards customers and coworkers. ```Duties:```
- Identify and target potential commercial customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of commercial clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

```Experience:```
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the commercial sector but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation techniques
- Knowledge of dealership operations and commercial vehicle sales is advantageous
- Upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities
- Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication
