Sanders Fine Portraits is celebrating 20 years of providing beautiful fine art portraiture for families. Our clients travel from all over for an experience at our studio in Highland Park, IL. We are known for our artwork but also the VIP experience we provide to our wide range of clients. Good News is, we are rapidly growing and are in immediate need of in-person sales consultants. Our Art Directors work 3 days a week, 12 hour days for the most opportunity and best work-life balance. Weekend availability is required.

Ideal Candidates will have a proven track record as an experienced high performer with a background in luxury and/or high ticket sales and have experience selling from a script. This is not a position that requires chasing clients or following up. The ability to truly listen to a client and while building rapport quickly is what will define your success.

What to expect as a sales consultant:

• Base + Generous commission
• 3 Day Work Week
• Appointments are set for you - no phone time or chasing leads
• Present image, size and finish options to our clients
• Appointments last 45 minutes to an hour (back to back clients)
• Consultative selling environment - soft sales, no pressure
• 100% close rate - no follow ups
• Weekly training meetings
