```Overview:

The selling business manager is responsible for independently supervising and developing the selling associate in their area with knowledge and skills needed for Dillards 5 star Selling &Service Model.

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented cosmetic managers with prior knowledge of cosmetics to join our team. As a cosmetic manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have prior brand knowledge and the artistry and skills needed for consistent growth Prior selling, customer service and leadership experience is required Superior time management skills

Responsibilities:
- To grow and service cosmetic brands and fragrance brands.

- Regular attendance is required; open availability includes weekends.

- Must be able to bend , stoop, squat and stretch to stock and retrieve merchandise

-Requires manual dexterity to perform product demonstration
- Process sales transactions using a cash register and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Utilize social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory tracking

Experience:
- Prior Beauty sales required
- Knowledge of beauty cosmetics sales is a required
- Proficiency in retail math and cash register operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
