Doxon Toyota of Auburn is seeking an Experienced Salesperson to join our Sales Team. Commissions up to 35%. Sell both new and used. If you are a team player, able to multitask and detailed oriented we are now accepting online resumes for interviews.

Compensation & Benefits Internet Salesperson pay range $59885.00 to $182,385.00 per year. Payroll is monthly. Eligible benefits include:

• Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Benefits available for full-time employees & their families, would begin 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Two programs: base and buy up.
• Overtime is paid at time and half.
• Paid Time Off is Accrual basis for the first 3 year at 1hour earned for every 40 hours worked. After 3 years, on anniversary date of employment, PTO is frontloaded. 3 5 years = 96 PTO hours, 6 9 years = 112 PTO hours, 10 14 years = 145 hours and 15 years and over = 160 PTO hours.
• 401K retirement plan with employer match up to 4%, after one year of employment.

• Build relationships and create customers for life.
• Stay current on product knowledge
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
• Direct customers to product information resources
• Assist customers with quality delivery, going over all features and accessories of new vehicle
