Replenishment Sales Analyst

LaRose Industries LLC, d/b/a Cra-Z-Art, is seeking an experienced Sales and Replenishment Analyst for its Bentonville AR location to drive the strategies and customer relationships across the Omni Walmart business. You will be working with our Sales team to optimize efficiencies and improve customer service to develop and maintain mutually beneficial working relationship with Walmart.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

Create and maintain standard supply chain reporting via Retail Link (i.e., Weeks of Supply, In-stocks, DC Outs, etc.).

Manage corrective actions for supply chain (i.e. inventory levels, lead times, In-stock %s, DC outs, Shortages, Root Cause etc.

Maintain and create standard retail sales reporting via Retail Link and internal systems.

Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets.

Create and manage seasonal pipeline supply strategies. promotional orders, replenishment orders, and ensure processing in a timely manner.

Manage new item launches and item transitions with Walmart Replenishment.

Develops, maintains, and monitors product content contained on E-Commerce websites and portals.

Support preparation of presentations. (i.e. Mod Line Reviews, Quarterly Reviews, etc.)

Ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Knowledge & Skills Needed:

Skill requirements include replenishment, technical skills, problem solving skills, listening skills, results, and action oriented, and perseverance.

Communication and relationship building skills are essential as this position will be interacting regularly with both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to take charge of the activities assigned and perform them with little to moderate supervision.

Exceptional time management skills, ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives with attention to detail.

Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform analysis, in a fast-paced, quick turn business model while remaining, adaptable, flexible, responsive, and resourceful.

Requirements:

Required: 2-5 years related experience in replenishment and/or sales analytics for both Store and Ecommerce channels.

Candidate must have advanced levels at Retail Link (Nova, i360, DSS, Luminate, etc..), Excel, and PowerPoint abilities.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
