Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Meridian, Idaho.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Service inbound calls, emails, and daily tasks
• Process endorsement requests
• Quote new and/or renewal business with multiple carriers to find best value for clients
• Make coverage recommendations to customers and cross-sell and upsell when necessary
• Perform all clerical duties related to customer support
• Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients and carrier personnel to minimize the potential for errors and omissions claims
• Utilizing an electronic filing manager to maintain company compliance
• Attend training sessions, and courses to maintain up-to-date skills

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• 6 months -3 years of experience, required
• Property & Casualty License, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
• Experience with Agency Management Software, preferred
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
