Mayweather Boxing + Fitness is the first and only brand extension of the renowned boxing champion Floyd Mayweather and is one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in history dedicated to providing high quality workouts and training experiences to our members. Our boxing and fitness studio model offers an authentic experience for members who want to learn the training regimens of Floyd Mayweather while getting in the best shape of their lives in a supportive and motivating environment. The franchise business is growing rapidly, signing up new franchisees each week, and opening new locations all across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Membership Advisor is primarily responsible for contributing to the following areas:

• Membership sales (Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive membership growth and meet revenue targets)
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to membership conversion
• Presale Membership Sales
• Personal training sales
• Merchandise sales
• Local marketing/lead generation
• Member Retention
• Clean and organized maintenance of the studio in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Professional and exceptional customer service

Candidates should have a desire to work in the fitness industry, fitness experience preferred, but not mandatory. Sales experience highly recommended, but not mandatory. The compensation package consists of a base hourly, commissions, and bonuses.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Fitness sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Franchise Gym Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Allen, TX 75002: Relocate before starting work (Required)
