Joining the sales force here at 1-800Accountant means playing a pivotal role in promoting our products and services to small business owners, assisting in taking the burden of taxes off of them, and allowing them get back to doing what they do best: growing their business and making money!

Our office in Largo, FL is brand new! It is a stunning and inspiring environment that affords ample opportunity to work hard and play hard!

This is a Mon-Fri in-office position located in Largo, FL

Day-to-day:

• Outbound calls to provided leads using a proven and informative script

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations

• Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential customers and following up on leads

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Utilize our proven sales script to provide information that will help new business owners succeed

• Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated

  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus

  
  

Compensation:

Paid training- we offer a supportive new hire commission plan that will transition into a lucrative long term commission plan after 120 days.

Uncapped commission where successful sales closers are earning $100,000 - $200,000 per year.
