Looking for an experienced tough and durable person to work as our warehouse manager / sales manager. Management experience and hopefully with experience in construction or rehabilitation of single family homes. So you would have a knowledge of cabinets and windows which would be helpful.

It is our hope to train you to manage the sales and supervision in an open air warehouse. You would be in charge of the sales staff and the listing staff. Ensuring that everything thing that is unloaded daily is cleaned and posted (facebook and craigslist). You will need to have computer skills and be organized

We like to be up front and mention that means its buggy, hot, and cold. Where you post from and do your computer work is a/c space. We have about 15,000 sq.ft. of second-hand kitchens, refrigerators, stoves, vanities, dishwashers, and everything else that would come out of a junk removal or high-end selective demolition.

Job Description:
*Warehouse Hours for Customers: 7am to 5:00pm Monday - Sunday (Your position is Monday - Friday).
*Help Open Warehouse Doors
*Assist Sales Person and Customers Throughout The Day as needed
*Supervise and Keep Track of Deleting Items Sold from All Sales Platforms as well as lowering prices daily for each section
*Supervise the coordination of the Demo Manager & sales person for best location of item to dispaly items being unloade the day prior. Also making sure all items are displayed correctly.
*Make sure all items are priced, listed and everything gets reduced pricing every 7-10 days.
*Make sure all items that are listed have a tag. Also keep up with the ones that get destroyed with the weather and replace them as needed.
*Keep warehouse organized (Long term employee Bernard is your daily helper)
*Supervise all post items on Ebay, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace for accuracy and completeness.
*Assist posting items as needed (when we have a significant amount unloaded in a day)
*Reconcile sales
*Direct cleaning of items by our inhouse cleaner daily

* The pay is hourly. $23.00/hour. 23.50 - 24.50
* The Warehouse is closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving Only. We are open 7 days A Week.
* Benefits after 90 days of employment.

* Hours for this position Are Monday - Friday from 6:30am to 3:30pm or 4:30pm. We have another sales person that works weekends. Currently We Have Two Sales People - Shop Is Open 7 Days a Week.
* Bring your lunch normally we just fit our eating when we can. (We do not leave during the day.)

*We operate a you tube channel filming almost daily if you will have an issue that please do not apply. As part of employment you will need to sign a media release.
