Bob Mills Furniture is excited to hire a Sales Trainer located in Oklahoma City. The Sales Trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions at all the Bob Mills Furniture locations. The goal is to enhance employees skills and capabilities to enable them to attain the companys goals and objectives. The role guarantees that all sales professionals will receive follow-up training, possess comprehensive knowledge of Bob Mills Furniture products, retail operations, company culture and sales process.
Essential Function:
Conduct and facilitate learning experiences using diverse methods such as webinars, virtual training sessions, videos and instructor led trainings for both small and large groups.
Conduct monthly one-week extensive training class. Covering product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, retail business acumen and leadership development.
Follow-up with prior class.
30,60,90-day review process and procedures.
Conduct follow-up training.
Ability to identify low performers.
Create improvement plans.
Create training opportunities.
Conduct assessments and share insights with the executive team.
Develops training providing elements that appeal to different learning styles.
Analyze KPIs identifying trends and opportunities coaching staff as needed.
Ability to sell.
Must be able to write script, documentation and processes.
Responsible for holding/running Sales Meetings.
Earn the respect of the sales teams through receiving buy in to process.
Qualifications:
Possess effective time management skills.
Excellent decision-making abilities and ability to integrate information and utilize independent and sound judgement.
Preferred experience in Sales specific training, learning and development or education.
Self- awareness and self-starter.
2-3 years of Sales Training experience preferred.
Position reports to Executive Sales Manager.

Travel Requirement:
50% travel to store locations for training and development. (Locations in OK, TX and KS)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
