Earthlok Soil Stabilizer is an ionic stabilizer that is injected into the ground to reduce the swell potential of swelling clays. Swelling clays are a common problem that causes distress and cracking in foundations, interior and exterior walls, roof trusses, concrete floor slabs, new construction, roads, highways, high speed rails, parking lots, pools, and more!

Job Description
The position is primarily responsible for selling Earthlok Soil Stabilizer to commercial, residential, roads and railroad projects, also troubleshooting customer problems and shortages. Being familiar with related sales and pricing procedures, quotation development and submissions of bids. Ability to discuss product applications and injection techniques with customers, contractors, engineers and architects in a creditable manner.

Duties & Responsibilities
Determines customer activity and requirements from published reports and personal contacts with customers, contractors, engineers, and architects. Select jobs to be bid, and specifications for estimating, bid jobs and may negotiate price within limits established by superior. Responsible for coordinating jobs and cooperating with other division personnel to ensure efficiency in providing a quality product and optimum service to the customer in a timely fashion.

The Individual

Must have experience in construction sales

Functional knowledge of sales

1 - 3 years construction sales or sales experience
