OCF Realty is a leading property management firm based in Philadelphia, dedicated to providing exceptional services across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. We are currently seeking a dynamic Leasing Coordinator to support our Property Management and Leasing team with the renewal process. This position manages communication between tenants and owners regarding lease renewals, oversees lease changes, and amendments, and administers parking passes. In this role, effective communication and critical thinking are essential, as each lease renewal is unique. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, confident in their decision-making ability, and embraces a collaborative team mentality, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike. This position offers a salary of $50,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.

Requirements

• Negotiate and draft lease renewals and addendums for changes to leases or tenancy, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and property owners regarding lease renewals, changes, and amendments, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate the renewal process, managing timelines and documentation to ensure smooth transitions and tenant satisfaction.
• Facilitate the renewal application process, including sending and processing applications, and presenting them to property owners for approval.
• Execute renewal workflows efficiently using AppFolio and Google Suite, maintaining organized records and documentation.
• Field parking inquiries, draft and distribute parking agreements, and coordinate the distribution of parking passes as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners, providing excellent customer service and addressing issues professionally.
• Coordinate with the finance department to accurately input renewal credits into Appfolio.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

• Must be a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• 2+ years of proven administrative and assistance experience in an office environment supporting property management or leasing.
• Exemplary communication and organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and think critically when posed with complex renewal situations.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
• Technologically savvy and able to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Products, with the ability to navigate and utilize various digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
