About Us:

Coastline Homes of Maine is a general contractor that services Central, and Downeast Maine. We specialize in the sales and service of manufactured homes and construction of residential projects through the use of modular technology.

Compensation package is pay-for-performance, with base hourly wage and profit share of completed projects.

About the Role:

Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing sales clients from prospective leads for Modular and Mobile Homes sales. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is interested in becoming part of a team.

Sales Consultant will:

• Be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors to the Sales Center.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Develop project scope of work and budgets.
• Communicate timeline expectations.
• Offer financing guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales Team throughout the planning process of projects.
• Be an integral part of the customer experience.

Schedule:

Tuesday thru Friday 8-5

Saturday 9-3

About You:

To succeed, candidate must have:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong professional presence and attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, with experience using MicroSoft Office programs.
• Willingness and capability to learn and apply new knowledge.
• Willingness to work as part of a team, but motivated to work individually.
• Genuine interest in residential construction is a plus.
• Customer Service or Sales experience is a plus.
