About us

We are a rapidly growing medical services company in a new and rapidly growing area of patient services provided to and for medical practices for their patients. Remote Patient Monitoring appeared on the scene as a Medicare "experiment" in 2015 with a single CPT payment code to see if providing "remote care" was of benefit to the patient and, correspondingly, to reduce medical costs to Medicare. The program has been so successsful that today Medicare offers 24 different payment codes to physicians. From 1 code in 2015 to 24 codes today.

While the program has proven to be extremely successful, the problem has been that today's medical practices are already so overwhelmed that they are generally not able to provide these services in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Hence, Medicare allows medical practices to outsource these services to qualified companies like ours that actually work with the patients.

Our medical service provider team has been working in this area since the program's inception in 2015. Few other companies can say this. And while most companies in this field today work with only 4 to 6 CPT codes due to staff limitations, we have the ability to work with almost all 24 of them, PLUS we also provide three-month, in-home cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs that have proven to be extremely beneficial to patients, reducing ER visits and hospital re-admissions by about 65%.

One more thing: the program also provides very substantial additional bottom line income to the medical practice with no additional work on their part, so once they learn about the benefits, they are eager to come onboard. The problem: medical practices are so overwhelmed these days that getting them to "pull the trigger" takes skill.

We are looking for an experienced medical sales director to train and oversee our field team.

You will be responsible for teaching sales team members how to accomplish four things:

1: Form a relationship with an "office champion" who will help us follow through on the next steps.

2: Get a "Yes" from the medical practice (usually a physician or practice manager)

3: Have the practice sign our agreement

4: Have the practice enroll its patients in the program.

Our approach is very hands on with repeated visits to each practice until patients are being onboarded on a regular basis. Excellent compensation to the sales rep makes this well worth while.

You will be paid a good base plus excellent commissions.

Very professional speech, demeanor and appearance a must. Medical sales management and/or CMS experience are strong pluses. Will use our HubSpot CRM for all prospect contacts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
