GLO RESOURCES has an immediate opening for a full-time Staffing Sales/Business Development Representative in the Orlando, FL area.
GLO Resources is seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for Sales and Business Development to help expand our footprint and help continue our rapid growth. The Business Development Rep will be responsible for Business Development and Sales to both new and existing clients in long term and permanent placement of white and blue-collar positions and services the following industries: Oil & Gas, Construction; Civil, Commercial, Industrial & Residential, Manufacturing, Shipyard, Engineering & Project Management, Customer Service & Sales, Accounting & Financial, Information Technology, and Administrative and Office Support. The successful candidate will work closely with the Recruiting Team and Clients Hiring Managers to assist in developing staffing, teaming, and talent acquisition strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through new sales revenues by developing relationships with new and existing clients.
Create new business opportunities and prospects via research, lead generation, networking, phone, and in-person appointments.
Schedule discovery meetings to identify needs and challenges of prospective and current clients.
Develop strategic solutions to meet client needs and effectively present those solutions along with company services to both new and existing clients.
Ensure overall client satisfaction by providing high-end customer service and results.
Work closely with Recruiting teams to facilitate a successful delivery model for our customers.
Qualifications:
Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
2+ years in overall sales/business development
1+ years in Staffing sales/business development
Exceptional oral/written communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills, attention to detail
Ability to multitask and be proactive with minimal management oversight.
Highly effective Business development skills to be able to develop and foster relationships with new and existing companies.
Strong Negotiation skills with the ability to understand and negotiate staffing agreements.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Requirements:
2+ years in overall sales/business development
1+ years in Staffing sales/business development
