Responsibilities

• Sales Program Oversight

Effectively manage and respond to sales inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate information.

Prepare quotations (RFQ), Sales Orders, and manage materials efficiently.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize sales program effectiveness.

Manage the revision of machine quotes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Collaborate with the sales team to tailor quotes to meet customer needs.

• Strategic Sales Planning
• Dealer Sales Management
• New Territory Dealership Establishment
• Market Projection:

Conduct thorough market analysis to project industry trends and opportunities.

Utilize insights to formulate strategic plans for market penetration and expansion.

Compile and report sales activities, providing insightful analysis.

Periodically report on customer trends and competitor status to management.

• Partnership Development:

Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key suppliers such as Hennig, Midaco, WTO, Fanuc, and Halter, ETC.

Collaborate closely with partners to enhance product offerings and market presence.

• Marketing Content Creation
• Marketing Research and Planning
• Website Management
• Forecasting and Analysis

Determine annual / monthly plans by forecasting and developing sales quotas for regions.

Collect, analyze, and summarize data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

Job Type:

• Full-time : depending on experience with company paid Benefits

Monday to Friday 8:30 A.M. ~ 5:30 P.M. (40 hours/week, no remote work)
