Its John Blundell and I have a heck of an opportunity for you. I have a midsized chemical company that needs to hire their next sales manager for their Georgia team. Their home base is in Atlanta and they have biweekly in person meetings so driveable distance to Atlanta. Full warning these people are very nice and decent to work for. Here is what I need- (If you are not close on the bolded text below save your resume)

Commodity Chemical/CASE and B2B distribution experience 3-22 years (Specialty and other chemical experience as long as it is not finished product will be considered)
Sales Management experience would be a plus
Live close to Atlanta or the ability to relocate
Ability to work with a high touch and small sales team

Here are the details on the job-

Manage 3 sales reps and a sale support person (the reps are experienced but the support role is new)
In addition to managing their is a business development aspect to this as well and managing some key accounts
Commodity chemicals, specialty epoxies, resins, and various materials is what you will be moving
Base above 6 figures with a very healthy incentive (word from HR is 160-220)
Work from home with travel to the office occasionally and clients
