Position- (1) inside salesperson to assist customers as they visit our store as well as assist customers online via our website and online marketplace. This is an entry level position with much room for growth as our company expands.

Duties of the inside sales representative include greeting our customers, educating them on our products, and quoting and selling our products based on the customer's wants and needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as a CRM and office. If you have previous experience in a sales and office setting, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful inside salesperson within our organization should ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations and an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers visiting our location
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Respond and call online leads provided
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Maintain contact lists and update leads using our CRM
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with executive and senior managers to carry out sales objectives

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
