Zeus Off Road has an opening for a sales associate to join our team in Burnsville. We are a 4x4 shop that specializes in suspension work and all things off-road. We are in need of an experienced sales associate who is knowledgeable in general maintenance, customization, and repair of 4x4 vehicles, and takes pride in their work and wants to be a part of a team. Our goal is to provide quality upgrades and repair services to the Twin Cities 4x4 community AND have FUN doing it.

Required Qualifications:

Sales Management

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and automotive technicians.
• Answer technical product questions and provide recommendations that fit each customer's unique needs.
• Advise customers on work performed, general vehicle conditions and future repair requirements.
• Strong computers skills, able to leverage shop software to purchase product and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with feature explanation on a customers vehicle prior to delivery.
• Valid driver's license, able to move or transport customer vehicles as needed.
• Ability to work independently while managing projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of parts for 4 x 4 vehicles and their intended uses for off-roading or overlanding
• Enjoy off-roading and/or possess knowledge of 4x4 vehicles and their capabilities

Position Details:

• Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
