Product Knowledge Specialists Automotive Sales Consultants

We are actively looking for career minded individuals to join our WINNING TEAM! Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, finding commonality and determining their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Commit to becoming a Product Knowledge Specialist and gain in-depth knowledge of current Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles and technology
• Provide test-drives with customers to demonstrate our industry leading products and features
• Accurately complete quotes and explain financing options
• Top-notch follow up with all customers, to address any questions and/or concerns
• Appointment setting and strategies on how to consistently get serious/legitimate appointments
• Follow-up, follow-up and MORE follow-up. Our success lies in continuous communication with our customer base

Job Requirements

• Customer Service
• Valid Drivers License in good standing
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and have a clean driving record
• Professional Appearance is a MUST!!! Look good, feel good, sell GREAT!

Education and/or Experience

Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS, but not necessary. Must have the gift of gab; must be able to speak to customers with a professional, confident and winning attitude.
